God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
This is part of the serenity prayer that was shared with me. I look at it daily. It helps me, I hope it will help others.

This is my favorite prayer, I know this part of it by heart and often think of it. Thanks for the link, It has been a while since I read the entire prayer.
Jessie,
It’s also my favorite; helps keep things in perspective for me when there’s turmoil all around.
A great way of navigating your way through life and a good basis for healthy living.
Ok, confess – did you learn this at AA meetings? lol
No~! I was feeling down and a friend relayed it to me. I was fitting even in my situation. It helped so I thought I would share. Did it help you ?!? Are you a friend of Bill?
